my classic 61 y.o. Lane Acclaim table had been burned by incense cones back in the 1970's. I wanted to refinish it, as it is quite valuable now. the walnut is just a veneer, so they advise not to do heavy sanding, I purchased 10 plugs in order to pick the grain match if possible. I used a 1/2 in. Forstner bit and drilled to depth of plug, then a little finish sanding. they are not an invisable repair, but still much better than the burns. Very reasonable cost at 24 cents each and free shipping, Thank you. ps: my table in 1964 retailed for 39.95, I purchased in early 70's used for less than 20 dollars. the repair in 2025 dollars was around 25 dollars including the forstner bit! the retail on ebay now ranges from 600-1500 dollars!

The plugs were great and true to size.

Nice spread of walnut colored grain. The maple plugs (with grain aligned) can barely be seen. Take the time to match color tone and grain alignment. Great plugs. A few aren’t perfect. It’s wood. Thank you.

Easy to order online, received shipment quickly, and the walnut plugs are milled well.

Awesome Quality product and next level customer service. We had mishap on our job site and lost our walnut flooring plugs right as we needed them for install. Widgetco, not only provided us with 4500 1/2” walnut replacement plugs, but they ensured the product was priority overnighted to our project. Completely resolving this seemingly small, but quite huge disaster/delay. THANK YOU Rachel and Team!!

Worked perfectly for filling in screw holes in my Victorian chair.

The plugs worked as they should. Plugged all the holes with them. Unfortunately, I got them 3 days too late after paying for 2 day shipping. Set the whole project back by half a week.

Amazing customer service
In my original review I stated that some of the plugs had tearing or chipping. Without even asking WidgetCo sent me replacements. That's customer service.

1/2" Facegrain Walnut Plugs
Nice product except for about 10% of the plugs have chips or tearing on the edges [From WidgetCo: Sorry to hear this, we will check out stock and ship replacements right out].
