I thought this advertisement for the item I purchased previously. These boards are at least 1/4 thinner, and I am very disappointed.

Our cork wall was damaged by a roof leak. It was installed by the previous owner 12 years ago and I had no idea where to find replacement tiles. I found Widget online and was able to order and receive tiles that were the exact same size within 5 days. Perfecto!

I glue slabs of the cork to vise jaws to hold delicate pieces firmly without damage.

1/4" x 12" Cork Squares (6 pack)
Fast shipping. True to size both on the square (12") and the thickness (1/4"). Got 3 orders for a total of 18 squares, planning to glue onto 1/4" plywood for a dart board backstop. As for the quality, it feels very dense and durable even at 1/4" thickness. Tested a dart thrown hard at one of these squares (laying on top of the plywood); the dart point barely shows through the other side of the cork. That will do!

Top Notch Cork
I decided on the 12x12 squares over rolls, the delima was would the rolled cork flatten out. The package came in good condition and the cork was better than expected. I am very pleased and will purchase again when I need more

Plant mats
Shipped quick, and well packaged. Clean cuts with smooth edges, surfaces, and no gaps. I was hoping for 1/8th thickness, but it was not available. Since I am using these to cut irregular sizes it would have been a little easier to cut the 1/8" than the 1/4". Maybe I could have used scissors if it were 1/8", but a sharp utility knife blade did the trick, being a little more careful when cutting the curves, and angles. It worked out just fine. Nice product.

Great Value
I ordered these squares to use as the back panel for my dart board cabinet and they work perfectly.

Cork Tiles for Door Noise Insulation
Used the 1/4" 12x12 tiles on the back of an interior door that backed up to our LOUD A/C blower. They look great and made a big difference in the noise level. No more jet engine in the living room. The tiles are excellent quality and price was very fair. Used an all purpose glue and they were very easy to trim and place on the door. I will bookmark this site for future purchases. Email contact was very good and shipping was fast. Overall very satisfied with this purchase and this company.

Cork Squares
I was looking for cork tiles to cover a large wall space, but had no luck finding a good selection or good prices until I found these cork squares at a very reasonable price at WIDGETCO. Great selection! Great price! Arrived quickly... I am very pleased!

Good stuff, recommended for home cork wall/board
Fast shipping and great customer service. Good product, would buy again if needed. 1/4 in thickness seems appropriate for my use, however, I did notice most push pins are 3/8, so the pin won't go in all the way. Still holds all the pics we put on. Instead of gluing to wall, I mounted a 5mm plywood to the wall with screws and then glued the cork boards. Advice: use plenty of glue, I had to reinforce some corners with finishing nails since I didn't apply sufficient glue.

Perfect product
As expected. Extremely fast shipping. Ordered one day installed the next. Price is excellent.

Excellent for the Money
The tiles are a nice weight. They are 1/4 inch thick which makes for a fairly solid base for using in craft. The price is excellent and I have found them to be of good quality. Believe me in my search locally where I live you see everything. I would recommend if using them as I am in a bulletin board type project to have backing. It gives the product more stability and is longer lasting.

Very Good
I needed to cover a 33” x 44” bulletin board. These were easy to order, shipped quickly (free), and arrived early. They were of very good quality and a LOT less expensive than ordering sheets or rolls on other sites. The only negative is that the squares are not of uniform size and some needed to be trimmed a bit. This was, however, only a minor inconvenience and was well worth the cost savings.
Jim B.
Great Product
I was looking for something to replace hot pads and found the perfect thing! The 1/4" was the right thickness for this job. Would recommend for both price and service provided! Thanks for a great product!

Fast shipping
I needed 3/16" but 1/4" was ok for patching a closet floor where shoe rack used to be. Looks great. Fast shipping!

Cork squares with many uses
I can't say enough about how amazing my experience was, from ordering to viewing the product. The emails about my order and the delivery were so abundant and fast. I also really, really love the product and appreciate that the thickness is exactly as promised. Thanks.
