Great Experience
We needed a large amount of these buttons for a shutter project that we were working on. Our local chain hardware store only carried a limited amount in stock in small quantity packages, so we not only saved quite a bit of money but we literally had them within two days of ordering, much quicker than if we had ordered through the chain. Great experience, good quality product, will be using them for future projects.

End Grain Red Oak 1" Mushroom Button Plugs
I have used these plugs for Several years. I drill a 1" X 3/16" deep hole in the Bottom of my 19th Century Reproduction Blanket Chest corner leg/foot to act as a floor contact point. I coat the hole an the button base with Titebond II and tap into place with a hard plastic mallet. On a very rare occasion the lip will break and I am considering using Maple in the future. Their shape and quality is consistent and very high.

I had been looking for 1" oak wood button plugs for many months since Home Depot/Lowe's stopped selling them. I only needed a very small quantity and expected to wait for weeks before delivery. wood plug
I have been looking for this plug for years. This was used to plug a hole in our coffee table that has been missing for years. My wife told me I was wasting my time and money and it would look terrible. She was so amazed and said that it looked better than the ones that came with it. Enough said. Price and quality was terrific.
Mike D
